Renovations, new builds, decks, fencing, maintenance, and minor dwellings all rely on the same fundamentals: structure, weathertightness, detailing, and council compliance. The end product changes, but the trade does not. We don't split teams by category - the same qualified builders deliver across all work.
A renovation can lead into recladding. A new build typically includes decking and fencing. Maintenance often reveals larger scope. One team managing the full scope means one point of contact, one programme, and no gaps between separate contractors.
Many of our clients start with smaller work such as decks or maintenance, then return for renovations or minor dwellings. Working across categories isn't a marketing decision - it reflects how residential building actually unfolds over time. Repeat work is the clearest indicator of consistency.
